Service prices upon request related to notarization
Price Law 2023, effective July 1, replaces the phrase "notary remuneration" with "price of services on request related to notarization"

Since July 1, 2024, Price Law No. 16/2023/QH15 has taken effect: Amending, supplementing, replacing and abolishing a number of clauses and articles of relevant laws, including Notarization Law 2014; As follows:
Article 73 of Price Law No. 16/2023/QH15 stipulates:
1. The person requesting notarization must pay the required service price related to notarization when requesting a notary practice organization to draft contracts, transactions, type, photocopy, and translate documents. , documents and other things related to notarization.
2. The Provincial People's Committee determines the maximum price for on-demand services related to notarization applicable to local notary practice organizations. Notary practice organizations determine specific prices for each type of job that do not exceed the maximum price issued by the Provincial People's Committee and publicly post the prices at their headquarters. Notary practice organizations that charge service prices upon request related to notarization that are higher than the maximum price and the listed price will be handled according to the provisions of law.
3. The notary practice organization is responsible for clearly explaining to the notarization requester the price of the requested service related to the notarization.";
b) Replace the phrase "notary remuneration" with the phrase "service price upon request related to notarization" in Point dd, Clause 1, Article 7, Clause 4, Article 22, Clause 2, Article 32, Clause 4, Article 33, Point dd Clause 1 Article 70 and name Chapter VII.
